When a player comes to you with a question, you can get a lot of value out of a simple question, according to Dan Biernat, owner of ad firm BierNat.
“In the NFL, the players are very smart, and they’ve got a great deal of information,” he says.
“They’re very good at what they do, and what they’re not good at, well, they can’t always find answers.
They’re not always good at it, and sometimes you need to ask something like, ‘What does that mean?’ or, ‘Why is that on my team?’ “
That’s when you can ask them something that’s actually a question they might actually know the answer to.
We can give them a little insight into what we think is important to them. “
And that’s where we can really benefit from the information we have, Biernett says.
We have the information. “
We’ve got that opportunity here with football players.
We have the information.
So, we can actually get value out, and I think that’s very valuable to advertisers.”
